We are actively hiring and will reward you for reliability. You provide the great results and positive attitude, we will provide everything else. Nice cars, great equipment, nice uniform and all the supplies. Oh, and a great manager. How long has it been since you had a great manager? How long has it been since you didn't work nights or weekends and make great pay.
Our team is proud and treated with great respect. It starts with our team. We are a premium cleaning service thus most cleaner assignments are in upscale homes.
Maids should be physically fit and able to work with minimal supervision. In other words, your manager is not over your shoulder all day.
Cleaner Responsibilities:
- Show-up on time day after day. 8-430 or 930 to 430 (parent friendly hours)
- This is not an easy job, but the day will go quick and no day will be the same.
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to remove dirt, debris, and dust from floors and other surfaces.
- Washing windows and walls as well as polishing woodwork as needed.
- Scrubbing toilets, showers, baths, and bathroom sinks as well as removing mildew buildup and mold from various surfaces.
- Wiping down kitchen appliances, equipment, and counters to remove dirt, grease, and grime.
- Regularly emptying wastebaskets and disposing of all trash.
- Washing, drying, and folding bedding and towels.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all cleaning tasks completed each day.
- Laundering clothing as required
- Additional assignments and needed.
Cleaner Requirements:
- Reliability
- The ability to work with minimal supervision as a cleaner.
- The ability to multitask.
- Respect for other team members
- Effective communication skills.
- Drivers License with great driving record (premium pay)
- Great with all common household pets.
PPE is supplied and temperature testing is done. Office has a commercial air cleaner - removes 99.9% of airborne pathogens.
